The Company

Our aim is to be the no.1 experts on football, providing industry leading analysis. With a team of more than 100 football experts evaluating every second of games across the world and a brilliant Development team analysing this data with unprecedented insight, we are confident we have created a system that has raised the industry standard.

As we've expanded we have found it important to uphold the principles that drove us in the first place and for most of us football is still a passion as well as a job. We see ourselves as an interesting mix of start-up and established business with the flexibility of the former and the security of the latter.

We believe we have a great product, strong ideas and an incredibly talented group of Developers. We support our teams, and cultivate knowledge-sharing and autonomy where possible. Throughout our teams and management, we take great care to champion transparency, flexibility and an inclusive working environment.

What you’ll get from us

Continual knowledge-sharing, learning and support within teams is critical to how we work. Our Developers have a passion to develop their knowledge and skills and Football Radar supports this enthusiastically. We do not have an environment where your tools and processes are dictated: exactly how functionality is delivered is the responsibility of the Development team.

We have a flat organisational structure to give our teams’ exposure to all stakeholders within the business and we always aim to keep employees knowledgeable about our aims and future direction.

Whilst we never specifically ask for an interest in football, if the game is a large part of your life, Football Radar can be an extra special place to work. If working with the world’s leading experts appeals to you, it's likely you'll find what you're looking for with us.

We are committed to looking after our employees. Our health and wellbeing initiatives show our promise to encourage a social environment that's for everyone.
