Our team in Bulgaria

In 2017 Football Radar opened an office in Plovdiv and have continued to grow ever since. Over the last three and a half years we have grown from a small team of 12 Analysts to over 90 Analysts. 

Plovdiv is our Match Analysis Hub and our team in Bulgaria are responsible for all of Football Radar’s Match Analysis data, focusing on both live and recorded games. We are now opening the Match Analysis role to a number of remote Analysts based in Veliko Tarnovo as we look to expand our Match Analysis team in Bulgaria.

 

The Role

As a member of the Match Analysis team, you will be responsible for analysing football matches from all over the world, watching football games both live and recorded and entering data using our unique software. Through your work you will learn our unique framework and develop a comprehensive understanding of how to accurately analyse matches.

Timeliness of data is crucial and the football schedule will shape your working pattern, with work regularly covering games on evenings and weekends; aside from respective deadlines, there will be some flexibility in working hours. 

In the role of Match Analyst your data registrations have a big impact on Football Radar’s statistical model. Analysing games in line with our framework requires high levels of attention to detail and an expert understanding of football. At Football Radar we offer support through training, regular feedback and coaching to help you develop your football understanding and analytical skills in order to deliver the best possible data for our models. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Watch and analyse football matches from all over the world live and recorded
  • Enter the data gathered from the matches into the Football Radar software
  • Meet deadlines dictated by the football schedule
  • Work weekends, evenings and late nights, depending on the football schedule
